Return/Refund Policy:  Palmer Promotions stands behind all merchandise we provide.  Palmer Promotions will accept returns, and refund or replace, all decorated goods damaged by manufacturer or decorator.  For goods damaged in shipment, please contact us so we can arrange claim with shipper.  For decorated goods received by customer in good condition, all sales are final and non-returnable.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Privacy Policy:  All information gathered by Palmer Promotions will be held in strictest confidence.  We will never provide or sell our customer's private information to any 3rd party.
